This map is password protected, you cannot edit this map. 
If you want The Oil Raff Pernis pumpjack to work you need the uMod BackPumpJack mod.
It's possible to place a helicopter vendor on the pier. You can do this using the MonumentAddons mod from uMod. You can configure it in that mod.
